DynaRent is a rental software designed for businesses that rent equipment. It is built on Acumatica’s full suite of ERP. DynaRent enables the quick and easy entry of rental orders and keeps track of rental items, such as heavy equipment, at all times.

DynaRent utilizes the mechanics of the Acumatica Sales Order module and integrates with Acumatica Accounts Receivable, and Inventory modules. From the Rental Order entry screen you may enter quotes and later convert them into Rental Orders. You can return equipment via a bar code scanning capability, by selecting which items were returned, or simply returning the entire order.

Advanced features offer capabilities required in complex, multi-site organizations, such as scheduled auto-billing and subrentals. It also offers an option for posting revenue from renting equipment onto jobs or projects, which is a common requirement in industries such as construction.

DynaRent also has helpful inquiry screens such as the Equipment Locator, where you may perform inquiries, and the Availabiliy screen which is a visual calendar that conveniently shows future equipment rental availability.
